Rizal brings with him close to 20 years of experience in areas of business strategy and development, organisational behaviour, talent and performance management, corporate consulting and general management.
Prior to founding Redpact Asia, Rizal held senior management roles within several top companies across various industries in Australia, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia. Rizal believes that it’s the people – and not the policies nor processes – that make an organisation successful. He believes passionately in the culture of service, and that people-centric ideas and initiatives are key to creating stable and well-connected work ethics and to maximise team potential.
Business aside, Rizal’s passion is in GoKart racing, and he is also an avid Formula 1 racing enthusiast.
