Michael Teoh Su Lim is the Founding CEO of Thriving Talents, a globally recognized & award-winning learning solutions company, that assists leaders in organisations to develop the largest workforce – The Millennials, to become more Productive & Profitable in their work. Since 2012, he has worked with Fortune 500 companies across 41 countries while clocking in his global miles speaking across 70 cities around the world.
He specializes in training & speaking on topics related to Managing Talents Across Generations, Sales & Business Development Strategies for Millennials, Millennial Managers Development & the New Trends for Leadership & Technological Growth for companies.
He was the Global Advisor for Microsoft ‘YouthSpark’ and SAP on ‘Millennials@Work’ strategies and has had his ideas featured on CNN, BBC and the United Nations. He has shared the stage speaking globally with icons like Virgin’s Sir Richard Branson, Father of Social Business Prof. Muhd Yunus, Rockstar Legend Sir Bob Geldof, AirAsia’s Tony Fernandes and had even received a special visit by President Barack Obama during a workshop organised by Microsoft, in which Michael was a Coach & Facilitator.

Patience is a passionate speaker and facilitator who believes in the potential of individuals to grow and make meaningful changes in their lives. She has close to a decade’s worth of experience as a facilitator and trainer, speaking to thousands of individuals in various schools, campuses and organizations across the country, both as a staff and volunteer of Focus on the Family, Malaysia. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at the University of South Australia (UniSA), a Masters in Counselling at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and is now a licensed and registered counsellor in Malaysia.
She draws on her life experiences in counselling and employs a person-centered approach in therapy. She also taps on the wisdom of the body in understanding one’s thoughts, feelings and behaviour in order to make conscious changes in one’s life. She is familiar in working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, low levels of motivation, self-esteem, self-confidence and self-compassion.
She has journeyed with individuals experiencing grief and loss, family conflict, relationship issues, as well as those who are questioning their direction in life or need help identifying their career path. She is confident working in group or individual settings. Watching individuals, groups and organizations gain insight and make positive, systemic and systematic changes in their personal lives, relationships, communities and workplaces gets her excited.
Lead of Projects
Clara Ling is the Lead of Projects of Thriving Talents, where she is instrumental in the design & coordination works of the company, in arranging & delivering ‘Experiential Learning’ experiences to our clients – Both virtually via the mastery of multiple online learning platforms & via F-2-F, with her past projects on teambuilding and high-level corporate leadership retreats.
She holds various Certifications in Public Speaking (UTAR), Facilitation & Project Implementation skills from her tertiary studies, which had allowed her to work on design experiential learning projects for Fortune 500s clients like Petronas, BASF & Becton Dickinson (BD), with more notable international & local firms like Exact Asia, Sime Darby Oils, Sime Darby Property, Perodua, Bursa Malaysia and more.

Nathaniel Philip Thomas is a communications strategist with Thriving Talents, an award-winning talent development company in Malaysia, focusing their consulting and training services towards enhancing the Motivation, Productivity & Effectiveness of the Millennials Generation.
Nathaniel honed his marketing and communications on several public campaigns & public relations projects, previously with the Ministry of Marketing.Asia, where he worked with leading brands in new customer education and acquisition while promoting CSR works.
He inherits good leadership skills and a sense of humor. Loves outdoor activities, where the action is and thrives being a curious adventurer.
Furthermore, he is an avid drummer, and he can often be found performing in concerts in the country. However, he dedicates most of his time to charitable events to raise funds for the needy and entertain people.

Gary Chua is the Lead for Finance, Operations & Compliance with Thriving Talents, and serves as the main liaison person between the company and our panel of investors and lawyers. Gary had also received various Certifications in Public Speaking (UTAR), Business Model Innovation & Compliance-related trainings with HRD Corp., PERKESO, Malaysia Productivity Corp. (MPC) and more.
Gary has been pivotal in managing Thriving Talents’ books and keeping the team aligned with the company’s targets and cost efficiency measures, that paved the way for the company to win various prestigious business awards like the SME Golden Bull Awards, the SME 100 Awards and The Star Outstanding Business Awards – After having shown steady growth in its business and impact in human capital development.

Sia is the Lead for Programmes Development with Thriving Talents, where he consults, designs & deploys our range of learning solutions – From LIVE In-Person Trainings, to Online Learning Management Systems (LMS), to featuring our many Faculty Trainers & Advisors, in projects concerned with our clients. He had since developed learning frameworks for clients of Thriving Talents’ like Bursa Malaysia, Rakuten Trade, Amway, KLK-Oleo, BERNAS & more.
Sia owes his in-depth mastery in the areas of learning & design to his qualifications in the areas of Psychology from Sunway University, and in Organisational & Industrial Psychology with UTAR, Malaysia. Prior to joining Thriving Talents, he worked as a Human Resource Assistant & Generalist with a leading electrical & electronics company in Bintulu, Sarawak.

Vivieanna Isak is a graduate from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) who holds a Bachelor’s degree in English for Professional. She has shown keen interest in diversified range of events, activities, and societies throughout her whole university life. She has actively participated in a host of events as it plays an integral role in her collegiate experience. Besides that, she has also been elected for several positions to superintend matters pertaining to the events and activities she has partaken which are organized by both big, small, national and international societies. Now, she wishes to grab this opportunity to employ her experiences and exhibit her skills into Thriving Talents in hopes of the betterment of the company.

Lead of Technology & Digital Business
Eugene Phuah is the Lead of Technology and Digital Business. He is in charge of all things technological, from backend infrastructure to cutting-edge technology for instructional interventions. He possesses an exceptional understanding of logical approaches and problem-solving abilities, having earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Australia’s University of Wollongong. He has experience with C++, Java, Python, PHP, and NodeJS.
He assisted one of Indonesia’s leading fintech unicorns, Xendit, in its early stages as a backend software developer. He was a member of the emergency response team led by the Chief Technology Officer, where he assisted in triaging and resolving major bugs that resulted in system failures. He gained insights into how to monitor the status of critical components in order to assess the system’s overall performance by utilising the triage reports. To assure system stability, he devised preventative measures and automations that will automatically initiate a series of actions, reducing system downtime and potential losses while minimizing the need for human intervention.
Following his career as a software developer, he joined Wesley Methodist School Penang International as an educator, teaching Information Communication Technology (ICT) and Design & Technology (DT). He took on the responsibilities of the new Subject Coordinator for Design & Technology, working diligently to make necessary changes to ensure that the curriculum reflects the needs of the students. Through his lessons, he aided in the development of a community spirit of problem solving and growth. He also aided students in developing their self-esteem and life skills by promoting healthy conflict resolution, critical thinking, and communication through the establishment of the Life Skills Club and the Student Council Committee. He devised and implemented strategies to maintain communication with the school during the covid pandemic. His peers have recognised his expertise, prompting him to pursue projects involving online education opportunities. He stays abreast of educational technology advancements.
He worked as an educator for years prior to joining Thriving Talents. He was well-versed in a variety of teaching strategies, but now he applies his academic background and experience in other disciplines to each project, bringing a new perspective.
