In the beginning..
‘The Secret of Getting Ahead, Is Getting Started.’– Serial entrepreneur, Mr. Michael Teoh founded the company Thriving Talents by developing talents,
especially the youths in universities and young talents in organizations. With passion and strong beliefs of adding maximum value to their clients, all of Thriving Talent’s modules are meant to develop an individual to not only reach their potential but surpass it.
Year 2012 
Published our 1st book – The Potential Matrix detailing our 3 years research on Millennial Top Achievers from all around the world, to help our clients and readers discover, unleash and refine the potential of their young talents to succeed.
Just 4 years later..
Within the short span of time from it’s beginning, Thriving Talents has push forward and reached across 41 countries, establishing their global experiences and have added values to many Fortune 500 companies. Companies including Microsoft, Intel, Shell, General Electric, AIA are companies that Thriving Talents has had the opportunity to conduct trainings for.
With the drive and steady focus of the group, Thriving Talents has continued to successfully develop leaders all around the world in every economical sector.
Year 2022 & 2024
In 2022, we were honoured at the HR Vendors of the Year Awards as one of Malaysia’s top Best Management Training Providers, a milestone that reflected our commitment to elevating leadership capabilities and developing future-ready talent.
Building on that momentum, 2024 brought another wave of recognition — we once again earned a Winner title at the HR Vendors of the Year Awards for Best Management Training Provider, and were also awarded the Malaysia Role Model Enterprise Award by the Sabah State Government for our impact in leadership development. These honours reinforce our belief in meaningful, people-focused transformation.

Year 2025
In 2025, Thriving Talents achieved a significant milestone with two prestigious Gold wins at the HR Vendors of the Year Awards Malaysia—securing Best Sales Training Provider and Leader of the Year.
We are also honoured to have been awarded Best Employer (Below RM 25 Million) at the 15th Star Outstanding Business Awards (SOBA), a distinction recognising companies with outstanding human-capital practices, exceptional working conditions and employee benefits.
