By downloading or requesting access to the Exchange Extravaganza (EE) sample activity cards (“Materials”), you agree to the following Terms of Use:
1. Intellectual Property Ownership
All designs, artwork, illustrations, and related content within the Materials are the intellectual property of Thriving Talents. You may not claim ownership of any part of the Materials or present them as your own work.
2. Permitted Personal and Educational Use
You are permitted to use the Materials for non-commercial purposes, including personal learning, team-building activities, workshops, and training sessions that are not revenue-generating. The Materials may not be sold, resold, monetised, or used in any commercial capacity without prior written consent from Thriving Talents.
3. Attribution Requirement
If you display, feature, or reference the Materials in any public setting—including videos, photos, presentations, workshops, or online content—you must provide clear credit stating: “Created by Thriving Talents.”
4. Permission to Acknowledge Your Usage
By using the Materials, you grant Thriving Talents permission to mention your organisation’s name or logo in communications or showcases highlighting how the Materials have been used for learning or development purposes. This acknowledgement will be used only as a form of appreciation and not for endorsement claims.
5. Restrictions on Copying and Reproduction
You may not photocopy, scan, trace, reproduce, modify, or recreate the Materials in any form. Redistribution or replication—whether digital or physical—is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorised in writing.
6. Commercial Use Requires Written Approval
Any commercial use—including selling products, creating merchandise, running paid advertisements, incorporating the Materials into paid programmes, or using them within any revenue-generating training—requires prior written permission from Thriving Talents.
