2012

Great Beginnings

Serial entrepreneur, Mr. Michael Teoh founded the company Thriving Talents by developing talents, especially the youths in universities and young talents in organizations.

2013

'The Potential Matrix'

Published our 1st book – The Potential Matrix detailing our 3 years research on Millennial Top Achievers from all around the world, to help our clients and readers discover, unleash and refine the potential of their young talents to succeed.

2017

Reaching 41 Countries

Thriving Talents has push forward and reached across 41 countries, establishing their global experiences and successfully develop leaders from Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, Intel, Shell, General Electric, AIA and all around the world in every economical sector.

2022

First Industry Recognition

In 2022, we were honoured at the CXP Best Customer Experience Award and HR Vendors of the Year Awards as one of Malaysia’s top Best Management Training Providers, a milestone that reflected our commitment to elevating leadership capabilities and developing future-ready talent.

2024

Building Our Reputation

2024 brought another wave of recognition — we once again earned a Winner title at the HR Vendors of the Year Awards for Best Management Training Provider, and were also awarded the Malaysia Role Model Enterprise Award by the Sabah State Government for our impact in leadership development. These honours reinforce our belief in meaningful, people-focused transformation.

A Journey Still Unfolding
