More than 30 HR Leaders participated in our Everest Challenge, whilst raising funds for Refuge for the Refugees, founded by Heidy Quah – a recipient of the Queen’s Young Leader Award.
Participants role-played different characters, climbing in small teams. Each character has their own strengths, weaknesses, objectives and quirks. Teams make decisions collaboratively in order to complete the challenge, using creative solutions in an immersive game environment.
A total of RM6,500, exceeding our original target of RM6,000 was collected through our crowdfunding campaign, and channeled to Refuge for the Refugees, which would help to feed more than 100 families for 2 weeks.
