Thriving Talents successfully designed and delivered a comprehensive programme to support the organization in embedding its key priorities across the entire workforce. With a focus on One Team One Goal, developing Brand Ambassadors, attracting and retaining top talent, adopting Global Best Practices, and enhancing Operational Efficiencies, the programme provided a holistic approach to aligning employees with organizational objectives.

Thriving Talents partnered with a leading bank in Malaysia to design and deliver a mid-level succession planning programme aimed at strengthening leadership pipelines across the organization.
Conducted over 1.5 years, the programme engaged two cohorts of approximately 90 participants each, bringing together both local and international talent. It featured a comprehensive blend of experiential learning components, including teambuilding, self-leadership workshops, global acumen and stakeholder management sessions, leadership through theatre, site visits, business simulations focused on building high-performing teams, and a CSR outreach project.
This multi-faceted approach ensured participants developed both the mindset and skillset required to navigate complex leadership challenges.
The programme delivered strong and measurable impact, with approximately half of the participants progressing into higher roles shortly after completion. Beyond promotions, participants demonstrated increased confidence, stronger leadership presence, and a greater ability to drive collaboration and performance within their teams. As a result, the programme not only strengthened the organization’s leadership bench but also contributed to advancing its broader strategic goals through more capable and future-ready leaders.
Thriving Talents partnered with an international plantation and agribusiness company to design and deliver a high-potential development programme aimed at strengthening its future leadership pipeline.
Spanning four cohorts over the past six years, each cohort underwent a structured two-year journey that combined leadership workshops, business simulations, and immersive experiential activities. The programme was designed to build strategic thinking, operational excellence, and leadership capability, while continuously engaging participants in real-world challenges relevant to the organization.
A key highlight of the programme was the culmination in a prototype project, where participants developed and presented process improvement plans to address critical business needs. These projects not only reinforced learning but also generated practical value for the organization. The programme’s impact is evident in the sustained partnership with the client over multiple years and the career progression of participants, many of whom have advanced into higher leadership roles, contributing more effectively to the company’s growth and transformation.
