Cheryl Lourdes has a combination of 19 years sales, marketing and management working experience; She owns a 4-time award-wining company that offers best advisory learning services to employers.

Cheryl drives her energy into her passion of successfully training and coaching other clients telemarketing personnel and sales managers to review, audit design and realign the telemarketing strategies through Interventions done internally.

Cheryl embarked into consulting telemarketing departments by creating SOPs, retraining the branch supervisors to coach their own telemarketers and conducting spot on call audits. She is on a mission to educate telemarketers and sales managers and leaders how to develop their thinking caps to innovate their calls creatively on phone as this will be the ‘NEW NORMAL’.

Mindie Sai

Mindie started as a junior telemarketer, and eventually became a business development and key account management personnel servicing many MNC and LLC companies. She has achieved ‘Top Sales Performer’ award for numerous years consistently. She previously joined a public listed global chemical distributor which gave her opportunity to involve in setting up a Regional Sales Academy in Asia Pacific and be one of the project leaders in the Global Commercial Excellence Project which focused on driving Sales Organization and Process as well as Sales Force Effectiveness.


One of the many key successes that she achieved in this organization was when she created and successfully implemented Sales Enablement Process in a few non-performing countries and one of the countries achieved 20% growth in Gross Profits in just a year. As an international trainer, she has exposure in conducting sales trainings in many countries internationally, such as Singapore, Malaysia, China, Korea, Japan, Philippines, Germany, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, etc. Another feather in her cap is being able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia articulately.
